The diner itself is decent in terms of decor, but other than that, the service is slow and the food is average. I thinks it's slightly overpriced for what you get, but prices are still ok. They also deliver...50% of the time you'll get the food in 30-45 minutes, the other 50%, you're food arrives in 90+ minutes. If you're looking for a decent diner without expectations, this place is pretty good.

The first restaurant I visited this 2012 and I know we will not be disappointed, City DeLuxe Restaurant in Dagupan City. A typical dine in restaurant, simple servings but, so yummy and delicious. A good year to start to eat fine food, descent, and should be near my place is a plus. I say foods we ordered are great but, the services can be improve. It’s needs improvement on service of smile, best approach, promptness, attentiveness waiter and waitresses, or they actually need to add additional crew member to have a good service. ;-P

Pansit Bihon or Pancit Guisado is a Filipino noodle dish and is a staple second to rice.  This was brought by the chinese and was localized since then. This dish uses “Bihon” or rice sticks mixed with pork, chicken, and vegetebles.

For Me my favorite dish that i experience in this gorgeous place is Pancit guisado because I'TS DELICIOUS & i CAN'T EXPressed it in woRDS,hoW this dish I LOVe THEe most!!!!!
